Bilingual Content Coordinator

Summary

The Content Coordinator conducts thorough research on various topics, generating ideas for

new content types and proofreading articles before publication. You will produce online content

with a keen eye for detail. You’ll deliver quality writing pieces that appeal to our audiences,

attract customers, and boost brand awareness.

Our ideal candidate: You have strong project management skills and experience in content

writing in the events industry. You are energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas

while maintaining brand integrity, and deadlines.


Responsibilities

  • Create and manage engaging, and informative content via articles, newsletters, videos,
  • and social media while ensuring brand consistency across all channels;
  • Coordinate content writers;
  • Develop compelling proposal narratives that demonstrate the company’s value
  • proposition;
  • Update website content as needed;
  • Create branded and curated online video content;
  • Proofread and edit all contents before publication;
  • Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic;
  • Promote content on social media;
  • Identify needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics;
  • Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone;)
  • Any other job-related duties characteristic to the position, as may be assigned from time to time by the Directors and management team.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in French and English is required;
  • Excellent written skills, experience with copywriting is required;
  • Experience with content creation for website and social media channels;
  • Experience in video production for online content (Online tools or Adobe Premiere);
  • Experience working with Adobe Suite, MS Office, Asana, Slack, Google Docs, functionally related databases;
  • Great multi-tasker with the ability to manage, prioritize and deliver/execute multiple tasks, projects, and assignments effectively and efficiently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Detail-oriented;
  • Willing to contribute however possible to ensure the overall effectiveness of the team at large
