Bilingual Client Support/Service Desk

CGI is hiring a Bilingual Client Support/Service Desk associate in Moncton, NB (hybrid). You'll be the first point of contact for customers needing assistance and password resets, creating and assigning help-desk tickets and escalating issues as needed. Must be fluently bilingual in English and French with 2+ years of customer service experience.
