Bilingual Investment Specialist - BMO Investment Centre (WFH)

BMO is hiring a Bilingual Investment Specialist for its BMO Investment Centre — a fully remote (work-from-home) role. As part of the contact centre, you will primarily support customers in the inbound call queue, delivering wealth and investment-related sales and service: onboarding new accounts, handling Mutual Fund and Term investment transactions, and reviewing customer goals to match them with appropriate investment products. Qualifications include typically 1-3 years of relevant experience, completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or Investment Funds in Canada (IFIC), and fluency in French and English (this role supports clients inside and outside Quebec).
