Call Centre Customer Service Agent (SP-04) - Quebec Regional Contact Centre

The Canada Revenue Agency is building a pool of full-time SP-04 Call Centre customer service agents for its Quebec Regional Contact Centre, based at the Montreal Tax Services Office (with additional CRA Quebec office locations available, including Sherbrooke, Quebec City, Rimouski, Rouyn-Noranda, Gatineau, Jonquiere and Shawinigan). Agents respond to taxpayer enquiries, perform calculations related to tax and CRA-administered programs, and accept payment arrangements. Bilingual imperative (English and French); paid training provided.
