Customer Service Agent - Cargo - Part Time

Air Canada Cargo is hiring a part-time Customer Service Agent in Moncton, NB for its Cargo Call Centre. You'll handle shipment tracing, resolve customer complaints about lost, delayed or damaged shipments, and manage cargo bookings via phone and email in a 24/7 shift-based environment.
