CIBC is hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for its Investor Services Inc. (ISI) Contact Centre in Montreal — a 6-month term position with a target start date of August 24, 2026. As the first point of contact for ISI clients (including Investor's Edge) by phone and online, you'll assess each client's needs and provide timely resolution in a fast-paced, non-advice environment (no product or investment recommendations). You'll begin with an industry-leading paid training program (approximately 4 weeks on-site in downtown Montreal, Monday-Friday). The contact centre operates Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.; flexibility within those hours is required. You're fluent in French and English to support business operations outside Quebec. Contract (6-month term), hybrid — 37.5 hours/week.
