Export Knowledge Base Manager & Advisor

Export Development Canada is hiring an Export Knowledge Base Manager & Advisor for its Export Help Hub, a digital service that provides Canadian businesses with trade guidance and resources. The role combines advisory work (responding to exporter inquiries by phone, chat, email, and web) with maintaining and improving the knowledge base that powers both human advisors and the hub's generative AI tools.

Can be based out of EDC's Ottawa headquarters or its Toronto hub, hybrid (3 days/week in office). Requires strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French. Apply on EDC's official careers site.
