Supports employees in adopting Microsoft 365 tools, including Copilot: builds guides, job aids and communications, advises teams on new tools and monitors emerging AI uses. Requires a university degree in IT or similar, 8+ years in training or support, in-depth Microsoft 365 expertise, and French and English (oral and written). Hybrid, 4 days/week in office.
