Senior Human Resources Advisor

The Canada Council for the Arts is hiring a Senior Human Resources Advisor in Ottawa (hybrid, minimum 3 days per week on site). The advisor supports management and staff on talent management, interprets collective agreement and policies, is first point of contact for labour and employee relations and supports grievances, investigations and discipline. Requires an HR degree or equivalent, 5+ years of HR experience including 2+ in labour relations and knowledge of federal employment legislation. Both official languages are required (advanced reading and oral, intermediate writing in the second language). Closes October 13, 2026.
