Senior Service Representative (Bilingual)

BMO is hiring a Bilingual Senior Service Representative in downtown Montreal (rue Saint-Jacques). Within Customer Shared Services, you'll deliver day-to-day processing, administration and servicing for retail and commercial deposits and payments — executing transactions and service requests within service-level agreements, checking and reconciling documentation, resolving discrepancies, and responding accurately to stakeholder and customer inquiries. You may also act as a problem-solving resource for junior staff and support quality control and training. Qualifications include typically 2-3 years of relevant experience, good PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and fluency in French and English (this role supports clients and team members inside and outside Quebec).
