Technical Analyst – Enterprise Applications

Analyzes enterprise application performance, availability and maintainability, produces technical specs and documentation, and supports incident root-cause analysis and modernization. Requires a bachelor's in computer science or similar, 5-8 years in technical analysis, application support or integration, and the ability to communicate in French and English. IBM i/AS400, RPG, APIs and Kafka are assets.
