Regular part-time. Delivers government services by phone: assesses client needs, verifies information, updates databases and processes transactions and payments. Some weekday evenings and weekends may be required. Requires a high school diploma plus a post-secondary qualification or 2 years of related experience, and written and spoken English and French.
